Conference Presentation

The Conference Presentation project consists of four main parts:
  1. A complex and refined research question, subject to my approval
  2. A one-page proposal explaining the content, purpose, and importance of your presentation
  3. A collection of FIVE sources with a brief explanation of the idea you plan to use from each one
  4. The presentation itself, one of two options, incorporating the FIVE sources into your own discussion:
    • A paper that you could read in fifteen minutes
    • A PowerPoint presentation with a script that you could deliver in 15 minutes
You must incorporate the secondary sources into your presentation, but you must also use examples from the literary text you are analyzing to help explain your view as you discuss your topic.

In your Google Drive assignments folder, make another folder called "LastName.FirstName.Conference.Presentation.F14"--in that folder create four documents, one for each of the elements above.
